Chia Pudding Recipe

So this is super easy to make and takes less than 15 minutes to do, see how to below.

1. In a bowl add 3 tablespoons of Chia seeds.

2. Add in 3/4 of a measuring cup of your chosen milk in this case I used Rue Health coconut milk. Mix together and leave for 10-15 minutes during this time it will thicken.

3. The Chia seed pudding is ready all you need to do is add your desired ingredients! in a glass add a layer of the Chia seed pudding then a layer of seedless strawberry jam, keep repeating this process until all the pudding is used. I topped with some chopped strawberries, whole blueberries and a couple of squares of nomo chocolate which is dairy, gluten, nut and egg free. I also grated a little bit of the nomo chocolate on top of the fruit.
